Refund & Cancellation Policy
At KlickEdu, we aim to deliver clarity and confidence through our services. Since many of our offerings are advisory, mentorship, or digital in nature, we follow a transparent no-refund policy for most bookings.
General Terms:
- Fees paid for counseling, university application support, visa guidance, or mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the service is booked or initiated.
- For add-on products such as 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, a reschedule can be requested at least 24 hours before the session, subject to slot availability.
- Cancellations due to missed appointments or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
- For any concerns or refund requests, please email support@klickedu.com with your booking reference number.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
KlickEdu primarily offers digital educational services including virtual counseling, document processing, and online mentoring. As such, no physical product is shipped.
Digital Delivery Includes:
- Live Zoom/Google Meet counseling sessions
- Email updates and status reports
- PDF formats for application checklists, university brochures, and receipts
- Personalized WhatsApp or email guidance (as per chosen package)
For optional physical merchandise or info kits (if offered), delivery timelines and tracking will be communicated post-confirmation.
